There are many different organizations that you could contact in order to get the help that you need. You could try visiting a local centre for help to prevent you from eating disorders or to get you back to normal. NEDIC – National Eating Disorder Information Centre

In 1985, NEDIC was founded to provide information and resources for people with eating disorders and weight issues across Canada. It is also a non-profit organization to help many people. NEDIC’s goal is to notify the public about eating disorders and other related issues.
